[Remote] Business Analyst, Cyber Security: 25-04107

Responsibilities

• Manage team inbox, responding to process updates, access requests, and general inquiries
• Regularly pull and compile reports to maintain data integrity
• Monitor inventory to identify issues requiring downstream fixes
• Support periodic assessment activities and partake in continuous process improvement efforts
• Collaborate with technology support on maintenance and user acceptance testing

Skills

• 1-3 years in a business analyst or similar role
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with an excellent attention to detail
• Effective time management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups)
• Technology asset management experience is crucial
• Experience in Cyber Security domain is preferred
