They are seeking a dynamic Senior HR Transformation Program Manager to lead pivotal organizational redesign and operating model changes within their People & Leadership department, focusing on complex transformation initiatives and collaboration with key executives.

Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee a transformation portfolio management framework, ensuring clear visibility on milestones, risks, dependencies, and KPIs
• Provide leadership support to all PPL transformation projects, focusing on AI-tech enabled automation, and coordinate with external consultants to streamline operations
• Develop governance routines for portfolio management, ensuring prioritization, strategic decision-making, and alignment with corporate objectives
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and readiness for change, maintaining consistent communication and tracking business impacts across projects
• Lead cross-functional teams in defining success metrics, planning, and managing dependencies, and resolving issues to support workstream delivery effectiveness
