📝 Rquirements

• At least one year of experience in IT support.
• Fundamental knowledge and interest in computers, networking, and information technology.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a basic understanding of Microsoft-based IP networking, servers, workstations, and routing.
• Background in networking education is preferred.
• Some experience with technical troubleshooting, particularly in IT, is advantageous.
• Reliable transportation and a valid South Dakota drivers license are necessary.
• Must pass background checks and obtain a South Dakota Gaming support license within 90 days (fees reimbursed).
• A smartphone and a laptop or computer are required.

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are

• Evaluate business challenges and devise IT solutions to resolve them.
• Install and manage servers, networks, printers, and workstations.
• Assist and train end users both remotely and on-site.
• Aid customers, owners, and managers in budgeting and planning for IT infrastructure.
• Oversee network security and data backup processes.
• Maintain thorough documentation of work and systems for our customers.
