About the Role

Arion Care is seeking a proactive, people-centered Human Resource Supervisor to lead our hiring team and ensure a smooth, consistent, and compliant onboarding experience for all new employees. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, improving processes, and mentoring a team. You'll play a key part in shaping the candidate experience and supporting our mission through effective HR operations and high-quality onboarding practices.

What you'll do

  • Lead and support the hiring team through coaching, performance feedback, and day-to-day supervision
  • Develop strategies to optimize the hiring and onboarding process
  • Oversee administrative workflows to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
  • Manage personnel file compliance, document management, and HRIS data entry
  • Monitor hiring metrics, identify trends, and implement improvements
  • Serve as a liaison between hiring staff and third-party training partners
  • Track, analyze, and present hiring statistics to the HR Manager
  • Communicate policy updates and organizational changes clearly and promptly
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Act as a point of escalation for hiring-related issues and resolve them promptly
  • Maintain EEO reporting and ensure timely submission of required annual reports
  • Support interdepartmental collaboration and contribute to a positive team culture
  • Uphold company and state policies related to attendance, time-off approval, training, and confidentiality
  • Maintain a safe, professional, harassment-free work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (equivalent experience may be considered)
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience supervising staff
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support a team
  • Experience with HRIS platforms
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DPS fingerprint clearance card
