Role Overview
The HR Operations & Coordination Intern ensures that work moves from discussion to completion. You will support growth and partnerships teams by tracking execution, coordinating communication, and maintaining CRM and process hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Track tasks, deadlines, and ownership across teams
- Ensure commitments made in meetings are executed
- Coordinate and schedule internal meetings
- Document action items and follow up to closure
- Support the Partnerships & Growth Intern
- Maintain data accuracy and operational hygiene
- Track goal progress and flag execution gaps
