[Remote] Founding Chief Design Officer & Investor – UX/UI Designer for Sports Brand Sponsorship AI Platform for Athletes

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Brand Pulse Media is a Sports AI startup that focuses on enhancing sponsorship value for athletes. They are seeking a Founding Chief Design Officer & Investor who will own the product UX/UI and play a critical role in defining the product experience as the company scales.

Responsibilities

• Own the product UX/UI end-to-end
• Web app, dashboards, athlete profiles, sponsorship value reports, flows
• Turn raw AI outputs into simple, powerful interfaces
• From video → recognition → exposure → athlete media value dashboards
• Design key user journeys
• Onboarding → ingesting games/content → seeing athlete recognition → understanding exposure/value → exporting reports for athletes, agents, clubs, brands
• Build our design system and visual language
• Components, layout, typography, motion, interactions – across product and (optionally) marketing
• Shape roadmap & story
• Sit at the table for product, brand, and GTM decisions; your voice is critical in what we build and how we present it

Skills

• 5+ years in product design / UX/UI, ideally with SaaS or data-heavy products
• A portfolio showing web apps / dashboards, not just marketing sites
• A track record of simplifying complex data for non-technical users
• Strong Figma + product thinking, comfortable with fast, messy, early-stage iteration
• Genuine interest in sports, athletes, sponsorship, or AI
• You’re willing and able to write a $25K+ check into something you will truly co-own
