[Remote] Technical Product Manager – Healthtech (West Coast)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Carex Consulting Group is partnering with a Rev Cycle Healthtech startup to find a highly skilled Senior Technical Product Manager. This role involves supporting the development and optimization of a cutting-edge enterprise Healthtech SaaS platform, requiring collaboration across engineering, data, and product teams to deliver impactful features in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own key product areas end-to-end—from market research and definition to design, development, and customer adoption.
  • Translate strategic company goals into actionable product requirements for engineering execution.
  • Conduct product reviews and acceptance testing to ensure features meet business needs, quality standards, and modern usability expectations.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to assess and optimize integrations with AI tools and third-party technologies.
  • Analyze usage data to evaluate feature performance and identify areas for product improvement and revenue impact.
  • Engage with clients and prospects to gather feedback, validate market needs, and ensure the product is effectively solving customer pain points.
  • Serve as a product expert internally and externally, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.

Skills

  • W2 only, no C2C, must be authorized to work in the US (both now and in the future).
  • 5–7+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or engineering within healthcare, RCM, or other data-intensive enterprise SaaS domains.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and launching AI-powered product features.
  • Strong data analysis capabilities with a results-driven mindset.
  • Proven success working in startup or fast-growth environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical details to varied stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field required; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Candidates based in San Francisco or Los Angeles are highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with RCM workflows and the surrounding technology ecosystem is highly preferred.
  • Experience delivering enterprise SaaS products to market.
  • Background in software engineering and/or data science is a strong plus.
