Our team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) connects businesses with decision-makers through data-driven outreach, precision dialing, and meaningful engagement.

We believe outbound sales doesn’t have to feel “cold.” It’s about timing, tone, and trust — and we train you to master all three.

The Role

We’re looking for motivated, confident communicators who love connecting with people and enjoy the thrill of generating qualified meetings.

You’ll represent high-growth clients across multiple industries, using proven call frameworks and CRM tools to hit contact and meeting goals.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to qualified business leads
• Introduce and position our clients’ services to decision-makers
• Qualify prospects based on ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
• Book and confirm meetings with interested prospects
• Maintain accurate call dispositions and notes in HubSpot CRM
• Meet or exceed weekly talk-time, dial-rate, and meeting targets

Requirements

• Previous SDR, cold-calling, or telemarketing experience preferred
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote setting
• Reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet
• U.S.-based and legally eligible to work as an independent contractor (1099)

Compensation

• $18–$21/hr base (20–40 hrs/week depending on assignment)

Performance Bonuses

• $30–$40 per qualified meeting
• $150 SLA bonuses for exceeding monthly targets
• $100–$200 bonuses for client conversions (Accelerate & Enterprise campaigns)

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
