This is a remote opportunity with 10% travel for in-person meetings.
We are looking for a full-time Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. This is a growth-focused role designed for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands-on exposure to digital, creative, and operational marketing. You’ll gain experience across web, content, and campaign execution while being mentored to take on increasing ownership over time.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Design for Performance Marketing
Create high-quality visual assets across print, digital advertising, social media, and website environments.
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.
Partner with Quality & Compliance to ensure all creatives are compliant with regulatory, brand, and clinical standards.
User-Generated Content (UGC) Curation
Source, curate, and organize UGC from patients, agencies, and influencers to support campaign and channel goals.
Collaborate with external agencies and influencers to produce authentic, performance-driven content aligned with brand guidelines.
Website & Landing Pages
Design, build, and optimize web and landing pages to support demand generation and commercial goals.
Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve conversion rates, user experience, and content performance.
Partner with external vendors to implement new templates, components, and design modules.
Support broader marketing and commercial initiatives, ensuring seamless execution across campaigns and channels.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1–3 years of marketing or digital experience.
Experience with CMS platforms and a willingness to learn new tools.
Strong communicator: organized, adaptable, collaborative, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.

The pay range for this position is $65,000-$80,000 depending on experience.
