• Manage your own daily structure while following an established process
• Participate in optional training to strengthen your leadership and communication skills

Skills

• Experience in Learning and Development and E-Learning
• Experience in coaching, consulting, leadership, recruitment, or digital communication
• Background in personal development and adult learning
• Ability to work independently and connect with clients
• Facilitate conversations that support clients through structured learning content
