Position Summary
As a Digital Product Manager - 340B Program you will contribute to product strategy by leading the development and enhancement of digital products or services. You'll conduct market research, collaborate with cross-functional teams, design user experiences, and oversee the product development lifecycle. You will apply your expertise in user-centric design, agile methodologies, and market trends to help drive the success of digital products and ensure they meet customer needs and expectations.
What you will do:

• Help establish and implement enhanced user experiences and digital product governance policies and standards.
• Design systems to translate business needs and client needs into digital strategies and products that support clients.
• Define the product vision, capabilities and priorities, and roadmap internally and externally.
• Determine opportunities for future digital products and client growth through gap analyses and client relationship analyses.
• Direct individuals to develop digital products from start to finish based on client requirements.
• Develop complex programs that elicit and elaborate requirements and provide management with a solutions strategy point of view and recommendations.
• Deliver findings and reports to senior management and to the broader organization, influencing upwards and laterally to drive organizational change and alignment.
• Assist management in coaching and providing regular, timely feedback to develop departmental capabilities and ensure the delivery of exceptional services.
• Establishe departmental objectives and analytical priorities that guide team members and ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• 4 years of experience with software development process and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Software Development Lifecycle).
• Experience with UI/UX design principles.
• Experience working with engineering/development, quality assurance teams to develop, and deliver complex technical products.
• Experience with product, project, and analysis tools (Visio, Jira, SQL, etc.)
• Experience focusing on Data driven, and user experience product development.
• Experience managing products that handle pharmaceutical inventories (virtual or real) for Covered Entities, Contract Pharmacies, or Drug Wholesalers, etc. would be ideal.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with experience communicating with all levels of leadership.
• Experience working cross functionally with various teams.

• Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$92,700.00 - $185,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
