Position Overview
The Training Designer is responsible for developing engaging and effective training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. This role focuses on creating e-learning content and curricula that align with organizational goals and learner needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze training needs and gather requirements from stakeholders.
- Design and develop e-learning modules and training materials.
- Create curricula that effectively deliver training objectives.
- Utilize software tools to create interactive and engaging training content.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of corporate training, learning and development in a Software company.
- Strong knowledge of e-learning software and instructional design principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
