Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ExecutivePlacements.com is looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who can build and own their lead-generation engine from the ground up. This role involves structuring the marketing framework from strategy to execution, guiding the marketing team, and implementing systems to drive qualified leads and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Own Puzzle's full demand generation strategy - from awareness to conversion.
  • Audit and rebuild our marketing funnels, including website, landing pages, and paid campaigns.
  • Lead and refine all paid media efforts (LinkedIn, Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.).
  • Build high-converting outbound and inbound funnels that drive qualified sales leads.
  • Work closely with our CEO to align marketing efforts with revenue targets.
  • Guide and mentor existing marketing team members to ensure structured execution.
  • Implement systems for tracking, attribution, and performance optimization.
  • Run continuous experimentation: messaging, targeting, creative, audiences, and channels.
  • Produce dashboards and insights that clearly communicate lead performance and ROI.
  • Partner with sales to ensure leads are qualified, followed up, and converted.

Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or demand generation.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and build scalable funnels.
  • Strong expertise in paid media, SEO fundamentals, and CRO.
  • Demonstrated experience building structure in early-stage or lean teams.
  • Ability to operate independently - finding problems and proposing solutions.
  • An analytical mindset with comfort using data to drive decisions.
  • Experience in staffing, recruitment, or B2B services.
  • Background working with mid-market or growth-stage clients.
  • Experience optimizing high-ticket funnels.
