Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with luxury hotel suppliers in the Caribbean and Mexico
- Identify and onboard new suppliers, curating a competitive portfolio of hotels
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure suppliers are set up for success
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and create insightful, data-driven production reports
- Manage and maintain internal systems for accurate contract and supplier information
- Negotiate favorable terms and operating conditions with suppliers
- Represent the company at supplier-related events and industry gatherings
- Partner with the Product Marketing team for co-op marketing opportunities
- Resolve supplier-related issues professionally and promptly
- Contribute to the team’s success by taking on additional tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in the luxury hotel market
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and build beneficial partnerships
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
