Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with luxury hotel suppliers in the Caribbean and Mexico
• Identify and onboard new suppliers, curating a competitive portfolio of hotels
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure suppliers are set up for success
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and create insightful, data-driven production reports
• Manage and maintain internal systems for accurate contract and supplier information
• Negotiate favorable terms and operating conditions with suppliers
• Represent the company at supplier-related events and industry gatherings
• Partner with the Product Marketing team for co-op marketing opportunities
• Resolve supplier-related issues professionally and promptly
• Contribute to the team’s success by taking on additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the luxury hotel market
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and build beneficial partnerships
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
