Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: \(75,000 – \)87,000 DOE
- 100% remote (U.S.-based role)

Skills
- 4+ years of experience in content marketing, with a strong focus on SEO-driven blog content
- 1-2 years of experience managing a content marketing team
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and keyword research tools
- Strong ability to learn new topics quickly and become a subject matter expert
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, but Not Required)
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced agency environment
- Experience working with a remote team
- Familiarity with outreach strategies and ability to review team members’ work
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and a good eye for web design
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of up to five content marketers across multiple B2B or B2C client accounts
- Oversee content strategy, including ideation, scheduling, editing, and promotion
- Manage link acquisition strategies and stay up-to-date on outreach best practices for B2C projects
- Utilize passive link acquisition, niche outreach, and other strategies to build authority for B2B projects
- Maintain client communication, including monthly reporting, email check-ins, and phone calls
- Continuously improve content quality and explore new opportunities for client growth
- Stay informed on industry trends and provide ongoing education to your team
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in content marketing
- 1-2 years of experience managing a content marketing team
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices
- Ability to quickly learn new topics and become a subject matter expert

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
