Compensation and Benefits
Starting pay is $20 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Applications will be kept on file until positions become available.

Skills
- Active teaching certification
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Deep understanding of individualized learning
- Personable, patient, organized, and supportive attitude
- Familiarity with Google tools (email, docs, sheets, etc.) is a plus
- Comfortable with various online tools and platforms
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Access to a smartphone, high-speed internet, computer, and webcam
- Availability for 15-20 hours per week during core business hours (10am - 3pm MT)
- Eligible to work in the U.S. (remote work from approved locations)
- Experience with non-traditional education programs is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide weekly accountability and positive reinforcement to students
- Offer customized learning resources based on individual student needs
- Communicate regularly with parents for support and guidance
- Lead synchronous lessons and activities for small and large groups
- Design engaging, interactive lessons for diverse learning styles
- Mentor and tutor students enrolled in specific courses
- Assist students in overcoming academic challenges
- Identify students at risk and collaborate to find solutions
- Work closely with fellow teachers to ensure a well-rounded educational experience
Qualifications
- Active teaching certification
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred
