Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Labor Relations Specialist to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Poland. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, managing employee relations, and resolving workplace disputes. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. This position requires excellent organizational abilities, a proactive approach, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. You must be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and guidance on labor relations matters.
- Conduct investigations into employee grievances and complaints.
- Negotiate and administer collective bargaining agreements.
- Represent the company in labor disputes and legal proceedings.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to labor relations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues on various projects related to labor relations.
Required Skills
- Deep understanding of Polish labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Proven experience in labor relations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field
- Membership in a relevant professional organization
- Experience with international labor law
- Fluency in English
