Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and align them with effective learning solutions.
  • Provide consultative advice on learning interventions, methodologies, and procurement strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end deployment of learning programs from budgeting, contracting, scheduling, and quality assurance.
  • Build trusted relationships across the organization to ensure learning supports company culture and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
  • Monitor program effectiveness, gather feedback, and continuously improve solutions.
  • Stay current on learning trends and apply best practices to drive innovation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience applying learning principles and conducting needs analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of learning interventions and adult learning methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities with confidence and precision.
  • Business and financial acumen to manage budgets and contracts.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with organizational development and blended learning design (e-learning, VILT, ILT).
  • Project management skills and global team experience.
