[Remote] Operations Project Manager | High-Growth CPG Supplements | Fully Remote

Harmonic Finance Inc is a fast-growing consumer brand in the health and wellness space, known for bringing high-quality products to market. They are seeking an Operations Project Manager to lead projects that improve operational performance across the organization, focusing on supply chain optimization, process automation, and new product introductions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management for key operational initiatives
• Lead process improvement projects aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing operational costs
• Partner closely with supply chain, customer experience, marketing, and IT teams to ensure projects are aligned and executed effectively
• Develop timelines, allocate resources, and manage budgets for multiple concurrent projects
• Identify risks early and build mitigation plans to keep deliverables on track
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing clear updates and visibility into project progress
• Use data to monitor performance, track KPIs, and guide project decision-making
• Maintain organized documentation, including project plans, status updates, and post-project evaluations
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality and regulatory standards
• Conduct post-launch reviews and implement lessons learned to improve future operations

Skills

• 3–5+ years of project management experience, ideally within CPG or health/wellness
• Background in operations or supply chain management
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency with Monday.com and digital asset management systems
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with shifting priorities
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform decisions
• Experience launching new CPG products
• Familiarity with eCommerce operations and fulfillment workflows
• Knowledge of automation tools or ERP systems
• Prior experience working with 3PLs, co-packers, or QA teams
