Key Responsibilities

• Assist in providing HR services and support to employees

Required Qualifications

• Experience in HR services or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Typing skills of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy
• Knowledge of telecom processes
• Familiarity with quality assurance and control practices
