Our mission at HEY HOLY: Taking dog health to the next level through nutrition. Instead of one-size-fits-all, we focus on breed-specific, functional food – developed with veterinarians and with the goal of enabling every dog to live a long, healthy life.What began as an idea in 2022 is today a rapidly growing DTC subscription model serving over 20,000 dogs. You have a strong grasp of numbers – and a real obsession with dogs. But your interest goes beyond the four-legged friends – you’re just as curious about the dog parents behind them. You spot patterns, test hypotheses, and enjoy developing new ideas and approaches. For ads that don’t just look good – they deliver results.ResponsibilitiesYou develop, implement, andmanage performance marketing campaigns across multiple paid social channel s (e.g., Meta, TikTok) to acquire new customers for HEY HOLYYoucreate well-founded creative conceptsbased on past performance data and implement them together with internal and external resourcesYouconduct deep audience analyses , using existing customer research, reviews, comments, insights from online communities, and cross-functional input (e.g., from product marketing) to develop hypothesesYouanalyze campaign data and derive concrete recommendationsfor continuous creative optimizationYoumanage and allocate marketing budgetsefficiently to maximize ROI and customer acquisitionTogether with our Data team, youestablish a weekly reporting framework with clearly defined KPIsacross the entire funnel – and conduct additional analyses as needed to validate your hypothesesYoustay on top of the latest trendsand best practices in performance marketing and integrate them strategically into your creativesQualificationsExperience : You have at least 4 years of experience in a comparable role – ideally in a D2C environment with a full-funnel focus on new customer acquisitionTool proficiency : You’re familiar with Meta Ads and GA4 – and you quickly get up to speed with new tools (experience with attribution tools = a plus)Analytical-creative all-rounder : You understand all relevant KPIs, analyze data quickly, spot performance patterns, and connect them with your instinct for audiences, markets, and productsPsychology meets performance : You have a strong interest in or background in advertising and consumer psychology – and know how to apply these principles effectively(Dog)-Customer Obsession : You understand how dog parents think – what matters to them, what they pay attention to, and what pain points they have – and you’re excited to dive even deeper into their worldStructured, proactive & execution-driven : You work in a highly structured and self‑directed way, with a strong eye for detail.
