Web3 HR Director (Mandarin Speaking)

Our client is a global Crypto company and looking to hire an experienced HR Director to lead the global HR functions, focused on Product & Engineering. The ideal candidates would be experienced in using data and creativity, you’ll drive organizational growth, fluency in Mandarin and English, and requires to work on-site in San Jose, California.

In This Role, Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Lead the Group HR functions across HRBP, C&B, Talent Management, Recruitment, Learning & Development etc.
• Develop and execute the overall HR strategy to support the company’s mission, vision, and business objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations on talent management, employee engagement, organisational design, and culture development.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and employment practices.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines
• 10 years' experience in relevant roles ideally from Crypto/ Blockchain/ FinTech companies
• Proven regional exposure across multiple markets is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with a strategic mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with organisational objectives
• Proficient in both verbal and written English and Mandarin is required
