Role Description

Multiple volunteer roles for Volunteer Leaders located around the world are available. The Volunteer Leader will coordinate activities for members, lead specific projects or events, and foster member engagement. Responsibilities include organizing networking opportunities, collaborating with team members to deliver peer-led courses and webinars, managing communication, and ensuring alignment with IHRIM's values and goals. Volunteer Leaders play a critical role in advancing the mission of IHRIM by catalyzing the HR information management community according to their individual gifts, skills, and interests.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills
• Experience in event planning, team coordination, or volunteer management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of HR information management and technology is a plus
• Ability to collaborate with diverse groups and build professional relationships
• Passion for fostering professional development and community engagement
• Previous volunteer experience is highly desirable
• IHRIM menbership; HRIP certification preferred
