We are looking for a highly skilled Growth Marketing Executive to own and drive performance marketing campaigns that fuel our lead pipeline. You will manage Google Ads end-to-end and optimize lead generation strategies for our B2B SaaS business—targeting US-based clients. A good grasp of HubSpot, campaign tracking, and attribution is essential, as is experience working in India and generating leads for US markets.

Someone who has

● 3-5 years of hands-on Google Ads experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment

● Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM, lead tracking, and campaign attribution

● Proven track record of generating leads for US-based markets

● Familiarity with full-funnel lead gen strategies (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)

● Strong analytical skills with comfort in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, etc.

● Ability to optimize campaigns toward quality leads—not just volume

● US client lead-gen experience is a strong plus

What you will do

● Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)

● Manage budgets, monitor spend, and improve cost-per-lead (CPL)

● Track and analyze leads through HubSpot, ensuring correct attribution across paid channels

● Report campaign performance with insights and actionable recommendations

● Set up experiments and A/B tests to improve conversion rates

● Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams for aligned demand-gen efforts

● Research and implement keyword strategies for optimal ROI

● Stay updated on Google Ads platform changes and trends
