About the Company: This is a confidential search for a pioneering automotive technology firm. We have pivoted away from selling "set-it-and-forget-it" software widgets. We are now selling the "backbone" of automotive advertising—high-performance Digital Advertising (Paid Search, Display, Social) backed by one of the industry's most robust proprietary data engines.
The Philosophy: We value talent over geography. We don't care where you live; we care about your output. This is a 100% remote role for a disciplined hunter who wants to make serious money without corporate red tape.
The Opportunity
- Uncapped Earning Potential: We pay a massive commission % on the day the deal is signed.
- True Residuals: You don't just get paid once. You earn recurring commissions on the accounts you bring in and retain.
- Remote Freedom: Work from anywhere in the US, as long as you are hitting the phones and closing deals.
Who You Are: You are a Technical Hunter. You don't just sell "marketing"; you sell data-driven results. You can look at a dealership's current traffic and immediately spot why they are losing money.
- You speak Google Analytics fluently. If looking at bounce rates, VDP views, and conversion paths scares you, this isn't the job for you.
- You are a Closer. You don't need a manager to tell you to make calls. You live for the "yes."
- You have a Track Record. You have successfully sold B2B digital advertising (PPC, SEO, Display) to automotive dealers.
Ideally, you have experience at companies like
- Team Velocity, Dealer eProcess, Lotlinx, PureCars, or similar digital automotive agencies.
What You Are NOT
- You are not looking for an "account management" role to babysit clients.
- You are not relying on a "dashboard" to do the selling for you.
- Note: While we love the automotive industry, we are generally not looking for candidates coming directly from the showroom floor. We need B2B digital sales professionals.
Responsibilities
- Hunt & Close: Prospect and close new dealership accounts nationwide.
- The "Technical" Demo: Conduct high-level demos where you analyze a dealer's current market position using real-time data and Google Analytics insights.
- Consultative Selling: Pitch specific advertising strategies that solve the dealer's pain points (traffic vs. conversion) rather than selling a generic software tool.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 (DOE)
- Commission: Large % of gross profits paid up front and residuals
- Total OTE (On-Target Earnings): $150,000 - $200,000+ (uncapped).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
