Global Product Development Executive - REMOTE

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Global Product Development Lead - REMOTE. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the international roll-out of a groundbreaking prostate cancer imaging agent while advancing the portfolio of late clinical-stage products. Your work will directly contribute to improving the lives of individuals dealing with cancer and rare diseases. You will manage a cross-functional team and oversee the successful execution of drug development plans, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of critical healthcare solutions. This role is essential for enhancing our partner’s product portfolio through innovative medical advancements.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a cross-functional team to create product development and commercialisation plans of PSMA related products.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver the program and product development milestones up to the end of Phase 3 clinical evaluation.
- Ensure successful execution of all product development plans through to the end of Phase 3 clinical evaluation within project timelines and budget.
- Oversee Project Manager to ensure application of project management best practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for programs, ensuring good communication both internally and externally.
- Complete oversight of product development plans and product approvals, maintaining proper documentation.
- Track all activities against the development plan and notify of potential delays or changes.
- Manage the Program budget in collaboration with Finance and the project manager.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure appropriate documentation is maintained and project progress is monitored.
- Prepare timely and accurate reports for Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or PhD strongly preferred.
- 10+ years’ pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience including oncology drug development required.
- 5+ years’ project and budget management experience.
- Experience from non-clinical through Phase 4 preferred.
- Understanding of the regulatory environment in the US, EU and APAC.
- Experience managing a cross-functional team.
- Line management experience strongly preferred.
