Responsibilities

• Lead and support the product lifecycle for sequencing offerings, including roadmap maintenance and launch planning.
• Contribute to and maintain Product Profiles and positioning documents aligned with biopharma use cases.
• Partner with the Director of Product Strategy for alignment with long-term business objectives.
• Continuously assess customer needs and competitive landscape to inform product roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or product management in NGS or molecular diagnostics.
• Experience with laboratory-developed tests and sequencing services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical complexities.
