EdTech B2B Marketing Lead | K-12 Growth Strategy

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on marketer to build and scale our B2B educator & district marketing efforts. You’ll own the strategy that drives teacher signups, school adoption, and long-term relationships with educators. This role is perfect for someone who loves building community, has experience with the educator community, designing creative campaigns, and turning teachers into passionate advocates.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute the marketing strategy to drive teacher signups and product adoption across schools and districts.
  • Come up with scrappy, original ideas to get Knowt in front of teachers by meeting them where they are, whether that’s online in teacher Facebook groups, webinars, at local events, etc.,
  • Manage and grow the community of Knowt Teachers on https://teachers.knowt.com/feed
  • Manage and scale the Knowt Knights Teacher Ambassador Program, empowering teachers to become local champions.
  • Build and manage Knowt’s teacher social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook Groups, and X).
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to build brand trust with districts and drive inbound interest.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2+ years in education, EdTech, or community marketing.
  • Proven success leading campaigns targeting teachers or educators at scale.
  • Experience building brand affinity, grassroots engagement, or ambassador-style programs
  • Strong understanding of what resonates with educators, how they communicate, share resources, and discover new tools.
  • Familiarity with community platforms like Facebook Groups and/or Circle
