[Remote] Inside Sales Development Representative (Remote – U.S. / EST Hours)

MOGEL is a mission-driven organization in the credit and financial wellness space, seeking Inside Sales Development Representatives to convert inbound, pre-qualified leads. The role involves engaging warm prospects through structured sales conversations, meeting performance targets, and maintaining a client-first experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage warm inbound prospects using consultative, structured sales conversations and scripts.
• Lead clear, value-based presentations that build trust and guide customers to the best solution.
• Meet and exceed performance targets (sales, quality, compliance, and conversion metrics).
• Enter accurate data and follow workflows using Salesforce, Zoho, and Microsoft platforms.
• Maintain a client-first experience with professionalism, clarity, and financial empathy.
• Partner with internal teams to support continuous improvement and customer success.

Skills

• 1–2 years of B2C inside sales experience, ideally in credit, lending, financial services, insurance, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build credibility quickly.
• Familiarity with financial wellness topics (credit repair, credit cards, lending, etc.).
• Comfortable with scripted, compliance-driven processes and structured workflows.
• Ability to multitask while navigating multiple systems during live calls.
• Access to required technology (see specs below).
• A completed 7-year background check is required prior to your start date. Results are evaluated in accordance with applicable laws, and not all records are disqualifying.
• Minimum Computer & Network Specs: OS: Windows 11 Professional or macOS Sonoma/Sequoia/Tahoe, Processor: Intel i5/i7/i9 (8th gen+), AMD Ryzen 3/5/7/9 (2nd gen+), or Apple Silicon M1–M4, RAM: 8GB minimum, Storage: 256GB SSD recommended, Display: 15.6" laptop or 20"+ monitor, 720p+, Internet: Wired Ethernet connection only (no Wi-Fi); USB-Ethernet adapters allowed.
• Required Accessories: USB digital wired headset (no Bluetooth, analog, or built-in microphones), Functional USB or built-in webcam.
