Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive local SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings on major search engines such as Google and Bing, focusing on local keywords, metadata optimization, and content relevance.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-impact search terms tailored to target audiences and local markets.
  • Optimize website architecture using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems like WordPress to enhance site performance, user experience, and search engine crawlability.
  • Manage and implement technical SEO improvements utilizing tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and various SEO tools to monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Build high-quality backlinks through effective link building strategies that boost domain authority and search engine rankings.
  • Create engaging content optimized for SEO that aligns with user intent, including blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions with well-crafted metadata.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (SEM), social media channels, and other digital marketing channels to generate leads and increase conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance using web analytics tools; analyze data to refine targeting strategies, ad copy, bidding tactics, and landing pages for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, web developers, and social media managers to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital channels.
  • Implement conversion rate optimization techniques by testing landing pages, call-to-actions, website layout adjustments, and integrating JavaScript or HTML enhancements where necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in SEO, SEM, web analytics, e-commerce strategies, and search engine algorithms to maintain a competitive edge.

Skills

  • Proven expertise in SEO best practices including keyword research, metadata optimization, link building, and technical SEO fundamentals.
  • Strong knowledge of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript for website customization and troubleshooting.
  • Experience managing content management systems like WordPress or similar platforms for content updates and site management.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, SEMrush or Ahrefs for performance tracking and insights.
  • Skilled in setting up and managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads (SEM) and social media platforms with a focus on local targeting.
  • Ability to analyze web analytics data effectively; interpret metrics related to traffic sources, user behavior, conversions; utilize insights for ongoing campaign optimization.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms if applicable; understanding of product listings optimization for search engines.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts including social media management strategies across multiple channels.
  • Experience with metadata creation for web pages; familiarity with metadata best practices for search engine visibility.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms (Google Search) and how they impact ranking strategies.
  • Ability to implement conversion optimization techniques through A/B testing or website adjustments using JavaScript or HTML modifications.
