This remote role focuses on Recruitment and Organizational Development, providing hands-on experience in various HR initiatives and contributing to talent management strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in professional development activities such as 1:1 meetings and 360° feedback sessions, with supervision and support from senior team members.
  • Assist in the coordination, organization, documentation, and follow-up of HR processes, ensuring clear communication with team members.
  • Attend planning meetings and report on progress and tasks assigned.
  • Plan and coordinate simple team-building activities and other engagement initiatives.
  • Support sourcing efforts for recruitment, with prior training and guidance.
  • Assist in conducting initial interviews under supervision and with prior training.

Skills

  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
  • Strong desire to learn and complete relevant training or courses.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Conversational English (not mandatory but a plus).
