[Remote] People Development Generalist / HRBP

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Redox is on a mission to accelerate healthcare’s transformation with useful data. As a People Development Generalist, you will be a key member of the People team, managing strategic programs and operational needs while making a significant impact across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Handle first-level employee relations cases, workplace investigations, performance plans, and general inquiries under supervision, maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and care
- Own and enhance our performance management program, including execution, tracking, and process improvement
- Manage and create internal knowledge base content in our internal wiki, Confluence
- Partner with People Operations to analyze employee survey data, identifying trends and providing actionable insights
- Assist People Operations to provide a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience while following established processes
- Collaborate with People Operations and Talent Acquisition on various initiatives and administrative tasks
- Work with Compliance to maintain and update policies and documentation
- Provide support during organizational changes, helping ensure smooth transitions
- Assist with additional projects and initiatives as needed
Skills
- 3+ years of HR Business Partner/People Team experience
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with HR systems and tools (Culture Amp and Rippling preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Required: GSuite, Slack, HRIS, engagement and performance management platforms
- Experience working remotely and/or distributed (multi-state)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Knowledge of HR compliance requirements and best practices
- Experience working in startup environments
- Preferred: Culture Amp, Rippling
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
