What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide leadership and oversight to project managers within the IES program
• Define and manage project scope, schedule, and budget, while mitigating risks
• Proactively identify, assess, and address project risks among stakeholders
• Facilitate meetings to clarify business and technical requirements
• Oversee Systems Integration vendor implementations and ensure adherence to project methodologies

What is Required (Qualifications)

• More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects, with at least 2 years in a leadership role as a Project Manager
• Minimum of 12 years' experience as a PMO Project Manager in Health and Human Services, with expertise in Medicaid, Public Assistance, SNAP, HEAP, or ChildCare
• Proven experience in data conversion and data modeling
• Current PMP or project management certification through the Project Management Institute
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Seven years of experience managing resource-loaded project schedules using Microsoft Project and VBA scripting
• Understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance standards
• 1-7 years of experience working with technical teams and data analysts
• Experience with Agile development and technical projects
