What will you do?

Drive product strategies by leveraging insights from paid search marketing campaigns

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance product features tailored to advertisers' needs

Act as the voice of the customer by collecting and analyzing market feedback

Present ideas, product updates, and insights to clients and internal stakeholders with confidence and clarity

Stay updated on trends in Paid Search and translate them into innovative product solutions

Requirements

3-5 years of hands-on campaign management experience in Google Ads with specific knowledge in Perfomance Max campaigns

Planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns to achieve performance goals (e.g., ROAS, CPA, CTR)

Proficient in building campaign structures, setting up ad groups, and keywords tailored to platform best practices

Strong excel skills

Strong understanding of the paid search marketing landscape, including campaign strategies and optimization.

Strong presentation and communication skills, with fluency in English

BA in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Communication or similar

Creativity, curiosity, and a passion for building innovative marketing technology solutions

Nice to have

Experience in product management or related fields

Technical acumen and the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams

A creative mindset with a knack for thinking outside the box

Knowledge in commerce media marketing

We are hybrid for the long term - with a great home/ office work mix (three days in office per week), passionate and diverse team members, and a vibrant company culture.

The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $150,000 plus bonuses. The actual salary amount will vary depending on the applicants experience, skills and abilities as well as internal equity and market data.
