Are you an experienced Workday Project Manager looking to lead a major implementation from initiation through go-live?

We’re seeking a Workday Project Manager to support a Workday Launch deployment for a large organisation. This part-time role is ideal for someone who brings strong delivery leadership, deep Workday project experience, and the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders with confidence and clarity.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading the full Workday implementation lifecycle from planning to go-live.
  • Managing timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across all project workstreams.
  • Ensuring alignment with Workday Launch methodology and best practice.
  • Facilitating workshops, coordinating teams, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Overseeing cutover planning, readiness activities, and post-go-live support.
  • Producing structured project updates, documentation, and reports for leadership.

What we’re looking for

  • Workday Project Manager certification (mandatory).
  • Proven Workday Launch implementation experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
  • Experience coordinating multiple teams in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Availability to work 20 hours per week.
