Are you an experienced Workday Project Manager looking to lead a major implementation from initiation through go-live?
We’re seeking a Workday Project Manager to support a Workday Launch deployment for a large organisation. This part-time role is ideal for someone who brings strong delivery leadership, deep Workday project experience, and the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading the full Workday implementation lifecycle from planning to go-live.
- Managing timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across all project workstreams.
- Ensuring alignment with Workday Launch methodology and best practice.
- Facilitating workshops, coordinating teams, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
- Overseeing cutover planning, readiness activities, and post-go-live support.
- Producing structured project updates, documentation, and reports for leadership.
What we’re looking for
- Workday Project Manager certification (mandatory).
- Proven Workday Launch implementation experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
- Experience coordinating multiple teams in a fast-paced project environment.
- Availability to work 20 hours per week.
