[Remote] Data Analyst-Marketing and Revenue Operations

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Strive Pharmacy is a compounding pharmacy dedicated to providing personalized healthcare solutions. They are seeking a proactive Data Analyst in Marketing and Revenue Operations to unify marketing and operational data, optimize campaign reporting, and enhance their HubSpot CRM platform, partnering with various teams to deliver actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Integrate data from multiple marketing platforms (e.g., ad platforms, email, social) with internal systems including order, finance, and operations data.
- Develop and automate reports that measure marketing campaign performance, ROI, and efficiency, with a focus on multi-touch attribution and SaaS-style marketing efforts.
- Deliver analyses for Marketing and Rev Ops leadership, surfacing insights on the customer journey, lead quality, conversion funnels, and campaign attribution.
- Support the build-out of HubSpot CRM, ensuring data quality, and designing useful fields/objects that enable reps to access meaningful and actionable information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, track adoption, document processes, and ensure the CRM meets the needs of all customer-facing teams.
- Maintain dashboards and visualizations in BI tools to support fast, data-driven decision-making.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant analytics experience in marketing, revenue operations, or a similar setting.
- Proficiency with SQL and experience with a business intelligence tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).
- Familiarity with traditional and digital marketing metrics; understanding of multi-touch attribution models and SaaS marketing is preferred.
- Strong data integration and cleansing skills, with an attention to data quality and process documentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Experience administering or developing CRM processes, especially in HubSpot.
- Background in e-commerce, B2B, SaaS, or the health/pharmacy sector.
- Exposure to data pipeline tools (dbt, Fivetran, etc.) or marketing automation platforms.
