  • * Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer, Technical Support Specialist, or similar role.
  • * Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • * Familiarity with networking concepts such as LAN/WAN, DNS, VPNs, and firewalls.
  • * Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
  • * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • * Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus.
