We are looking for a proactive Remote IT Support Specialist / Help Desk professional to provide technical assistance to our employees and clients. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring smooth IT operations in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with installation, configuration, and updates of systems and applications.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Document support requests, solutions, and technical procedures.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors when necessary.
- Provide training and guidance to users on technology tools and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.
