We are looking for a proactive Remote IT Support Specialist / Help Desk professional to provide technical assistance to our employees and clients. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring smooth IT operations in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assist with installation, configuration, and updates of systems and applications.
  • Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
  • Document support requests, solutions, and technical procedures.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors when necessary.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on technology tools and best practices.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.
