UnCloned® Presenter- Training & Sales Facilitator (Contractor)

The UnCloned® Expert is a dynamic, high-energy presenter who delivers our trainings, masterclasses, workshops, and intensives with clarity, confidence, warmth, and on-brand energy. This role requires someone who is both presentation-ready and highly tech-savvy, with the ability to create a polished, professional environment for both virtual and in-person delivery.

This is a presentation and sales role. You must be comfortable engaging audiences, introducing offers, supporting the sales process, and following up with leads. Candidates who are uncomfortable with selling, marketing, promoting, or presenting offers will not be a suitable fit.

Success in this role requires a naturally personable, joyful, bubbly, patient, and people-centered presence, along with the willingness to support entrepreneurs who may be new to business or the branding process. You will be trained in the full UnCloned® Brand Framework while mastering one pillar at a time.

This position includes full presentation-cycle responsibilities: supporting marketing tasks tied to your sessions, delivering high-quality presentations, engaging attendees, following up with leads, and confidently introducing UnCloned® products, programs, services, and events. High-performing presenters may be considered for more advanced opportunities over time.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone with a magnetic presence—both on camera and in person—who is also highly skilled with technology and comfortable managing all aspects of professional presentation delivery.

You must be comfortable leading sessions that typically range from 2 to 4 hours, with flexibility for longer trainings when needed.

You must also provide previous presentation recordings or samples that demonstrate your on-camera presence, delivery style, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver UnCloned® trainings, webinars, masterclasses, intensives, and workshops both online and in person
• Present confidently for 2 to 4 hours, with the ability to support longer training sessions when needed
• Maintain a warm, personable, upbeat, and encouraging presence during all presentations
• Facilitate Q&A sessions with patience, clarity, and supportive energy
• Present and confidently introduce UnCloned® products, programs, services, and events during live sessions
• Support assigned marketing and promotional tasks tied to presentation cycles
• Follow up with leads generated from presentations in alignment with internal processes
• Maintain strict alignment with brand tone, content structure, and delivery standards
• Participate in scheduled practice sessions, mastery development sessions, and internal skill-building trainings to strengthen your presentation skills
• Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and consistent on-time attendance for all scheduled commitments

Skills & Technical RequirementsYou must be highly tech-savvy and proficient with:

• Zoom (virtual delivery)
• Loom (recording and communication)
• Canva (visuals and slide creation)
• Keynote (preferred slide presentation format)

Professional Presentation Environment Requirements:

• Professional lighting (you must understand how to light yourself clearly and evenly so audiences can see you without shadows or dimness)
• HD or higher webcam (1080p or above preferred)
• Clean, organized, and distraction-free background
• No background noise or interruptions — including children, pets, movement, or household distractions
• Quiet, stable environment suitable for long-form training and presentation delivery

Additional Required Skills

• Strong presentation skills both on camera and on stage
• Joyful, personable, friendly, and charismatic delivery style
• Patience and a willingness to support early-stage entrepreneurs
• Comfortable presenting and selling during live sessions
• Experience in content creation, marketing, or sales strongly preferred
• Must have a Mac computer for software compatibility
• Must provide previous presentation recordings during the hiring process

You must be comfortable arriving on time, starting on time, and maintaining consistent reliability. Candidates who struggle with punctuality will not be a fit for this role.

Availability Requirements

Our workshops, trainings, masterclasses, and intensives typically take place during the week and on select weekends.

You must be available to present during the following standard time blocks:

• 12:00 PM ET
• 7:00 PM ET
• 10:00 AM ET (most often used for Saturday trainings)

Because this role includes both virtual and in-person delivery, you must also be open to occasional weekend assignments and sessions scheduled with advance notice.

Compensation

• Rates start at $300 per presentation
• Commission opportunities tied to UnCloned® products, programs, services, and events
• Additional and higher-level presentation opportunities may be available based on performance and mastery
