Digital Marketing Support Specialist

Job Overview

We’re a growing digital marketing agency seeking a reliable, creative Digital Marketing Support Specialist to assist our team with graphic design, email campaigns, social media management, and light video editing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple types of digital projects and can communicate clearly in writing.

Responsibilities

• Managing and scheduling posts across social media platforms
• Creating content for social, email, and blog channels
• Building and formatting email newsletters (MailChimp & Constant Contact)
• Designing graphics for social media and marketing materials
• Uploading and optimizing videos for YouTube
• Assisting with basic video editing
• Writing short marketing copy (captions, email snippets, post descriptions)
• Formatting blog content and uploading posts in WordPress
• Publishing/sending content across platforms
• Supporting a variety of additional marketing tasks as needed (e.g., updating WordPress pages, light project management assistance, simple Zapier automations, etc.)

Requirements

To be considered, you must have

• Basic graphic design abilities and experience creating social graphics
• Excellent written English
• Familiarity with uploading and managing YouTube videos
• Hands-on experience using MailChimp or Constant Contact
• Experience posting and formatting content in WordPress
• Ability to perform light video editing
• Prior experience with social media management and content creation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
