Community Manager – AI in Education

Role Overview

You will be responsible for community outreach, engagement, and relationship-building with teachers, educators, and K–12 leaders. This is not a spam or mass-DM role. We want someone who understands authentic community building.

Your Responsibilities

Weekly

Engage in 20–40 meaningful conversations with teachers/educators

Post 2 pieces of content on LinkedIn under our brand

Share 2–3 posts inside relevant Facebook teacher groups

Comment on trending education + AI posts (10–15 meaningful comments)

Discover and join new relevant FB/LinkedIn groups

Start 1 weekly discussion thread with active discussion on LinkedIn

Initiate 10–15 warm outreach conversations (no hard selling)

Monthly

Bring 100–200 new warm educators into our ecosystem (followers, group joiners, or engaged conversations)

Identify 1–2 collaboration opportunities with teachers or education pages

Support 1 micro-event or AMA
