Personal Training and Meal Planning Lead Generation

We are looking for a motivated, outgoing individual to grow our personal training business by bringing in new clients through in-person networking and community outreach.
This is a performance-based affiliate role: you will earn 10% commission one-time for each client who signs up for a subscription plan, which ranges from $100–$264.
Responsibilities
- Network and build relationships at gyms, parks, and local community spaces.
- Introduce potential clients to our online personal training programs.
- Track your referrals and ensure proper onboarding of clients.
- Provide feedback on what outreach strategies are most effective.
Requirements
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching people in person.
- Experience in sales, networking, promotions, or fitness-related environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of the local community and ability to identify opportunities for visibility.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
Compensation
- 10% one-time commission per client subscription sold (subscription plans: $100–$264).
- Paid per verified client sign-up.
