Remote Windows IT support

We are a web design development company that offers businesses throughout the United States web services. Occasionally, though they lean on us for basic windows operating system troubleshooting, such as unable to print, network issues, SharePoint and OneDrive management, firewall issues, etc...

For the most part were able to handle these tasks ourselves however, it's coming to a point where we need to rely on a candidate to be able to take on these tasks on our behalf remotely via AnyDesk.
