Senior Web Developer Needed - Contract to Hire

We are looking for a long-term Expert Full-Stack or Back-End developer that can produce high-quality development. We are a 2 sided online marketplace (peer-to-peer) and contains components such as messaging system, video chat system, referral system and is a bit more complex than your typical website. we are looking for skilled developer(s) in the back end to help get our website ready for launch. Our website is mostly complete but we are still facing multiple issues within our platform that needs to be fixed.

We have been through our fair share of developers on Upwork that seems great when first hired but the quality of the freelancers hired typically tends to decrease over the weeks.

We have Front End developers that can provide designs via Figma if needed. We expect developer to produce work identical to the designs being provided.

We are mainly looking for a developer to provide maintenance and updates as needed with the platform.

We currently have a few minor issues and maintenance that we need to get fixed prior to the website going live. Some of those issues include: mobile site compatibility, WEBRTC video chat room issues with our one-on-one video chat between users
