Senior WordPress + Bricks Builder Expert Needed (CRO + SEO for Home Services)

I’m looking to hire an experienced WordPress developer to build a high-performance, conversion-focused website for a multi-location home services business.

This is not a brochure site and not a design-only project. The site needs to be built to rank in search, convert traffic into calls and leads, and scale across multiple markets. I want a clean drag-and-drop system that allows us to build and iterate landing pages quickly without sacrificing speed, SEO, or consistency.

The site will be built using WordPress with Bricks Builder. Experience with Bricks is required.

The company is All Natural Tree Experts, a professional tree service and plant health care company operating in multiple Virginia markets, with plans to continue expanding.

The goal is to build a site comparable in performance to the best home service websites in the country, but structured specifically for tree care, local SEO, and conversion rate optimization.

The goal is for our internal team to be able to create new landing pages and location pages quickly using approved components without breaking design, SEO, or performance.

Conversion Rate Optimization

Clear above-the-fold messaging and CTAs

Call-focused layouts (call now, request estimate, emergency service)

Mobile-first design

Strong Core Web Vitals and page speed performance

SEO & Technical Setup

Clean semantic HTML structure

Required Experience

You must have experience with

Bricks Builder

Home services websites (tree service, HVAC, roofing, plumbing, garage doors, etc.)

Conversion-focused site builds

Local SEO and multi-location structures

If you primarily build brochure sites or cannot explain why you made specific SEO or CRO decisions, this will not be a good fit.

Required to Apply

To be considered, please include

Three to five live websites you personally built

At least two must be home service businesses

At least one must be built with Bricks Builder

For each example

Your role in the project

How the site was structured for SEO

How conversions were optimized

Any available PageSpeed or Core Web Vitals results

Applications without live examples will not be considered.

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience with multi-location SEO at scale

Google Ads landing page experience

Call tracking integrations (CallRail or Call Tracking Metrics)

Understanding of service-based lead funnels

Budget: Open (quality and experience matter more than price)

Timeline: Approximately 4–8 weeks
