Responsibilities

• Upload and schedule videos
• Write optimized titles, descriptions, tags
• Do keyword research for every upload
• Set up playlists, end screens, cards
• Coordinate or create thumbnails
• Track analytics and provide weekly insights
• Improve CTR, retention, and ranking
• Maintain consistent channel branding
• Build a simple 90-day growth plan

Requirements

• Proven experience growing YouTube channels
• Strong YouTube SEO + analytics skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver weekly
• Solid writing for metadata
• Experience improving CTR and search traffic
