We’re currently seeking a Recruitment Generalist to support our hiring efforts and help bring great people into our organization. This position plays a vital role in attracting, screening, and onboarding new talent across our locations. You’ll work closely with the Human Resources Manager and shop management to ensure a smooth, professional, and engaging candidate experience.

This is a fully remote, part-time, entry-level opportunity—perfect for someone looking to begin or grow a career in HR and recruiting.

Must live in Wichita metro area.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks, including detailed note-taking, phone and video call management, and HRIS data entry for background checks and new hire onboarding.
  • Conduct candidate screenings via phone and Microsoft Teams interviews.
  • Build strong relationships with job seekers and store management to ensure clear communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilize recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates across various roles.
  • Source candidates through job boards, databases, social media platforms, and other creative channels.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
