Your Role

The HR Service Representative is responsible for providing Tier 1 HR functional support to Victoria’s Secret associates and managers. This role responds to associate HR-related inquiries and issues (payroll, W2s, and more) primarily via phone and email and supports associates with personal and job-related transactions. This role operates in a call-center environment.

Your Impact

  • Operate within a service center/call operations environment to respond to associate inquiries provide support to Managers and associates
  • Provide functional support, guidance, and consultation to associates calling HR for help with personal data, Job data, Pay-related questions and transactions, Kronos, and MyTalent
  • Document all calls and emails in HR Direct call tracking system
  • Escalate to other teams or HR leadership, as appropriate
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers
  • Coordinate with other internal functional groups as necessary
  • Support execution of key HR processes and activities (payroll, benefits, etc.)
  • Meet department service delivery metrics
  • Timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks
  • Process transactions on behalf of associates and managers in HR systems
  • Understand and navigate HR systems to troubleshoot, enter transactions/data, analyze data, and provide reporting: Case Management, HCM (Oracle), timekeeping (Kronos)
  • Participate in system testing, as needed
  • Answer associate/manager payroll questions & processing adjustments, missing payments, rejected transactions, researching issues
