Zenivo is a growth-focused marketing partner helping US-based med spas and aesthetic clinics increase consultation bookings through paid acquisition and automation systems.

We are expanding and seeking a performance-driven Business Development Partner to help initiate and qualify outbound conversations with med spa decision-makers across the US.

This is a contract-based, performance-compensated partnership.

Responsibilities:-

  • Identify and connect with US-based med spa owners and clinic directors
  • Initiate outbound conversations (LinkedIn, email, referrals, direct outreach)
  • Qualify prospects based on defined criteria
  • Book strategy calls with interested clinics

Compensation Structure:-

  • $100 commission per closed $500/month client
  • $300 commission per closed $1000/month client
  • Transparent tracking and payout per successfully onboarded client

No base salary. Performance-based only.

Ideal Candidate:-

  • Experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, or outbound prospecting
  • Comfortable engaging business owners
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Familiarity with healthcare or marketing services is a plus
