WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Tealium is seeking a dynamic Partner Sales Director to lead the expansion of our Partner Ecosystem through strategic, hands-on leadership. You will act as a change agent, driving joint revenue opportunities and scalable programs while leveraging modern AI-driven workflows to optimize ecosystem growth. This role requires an ownership mentality and a commitment to data-driven decision-making to ensure our partner strategies consistently deliver measurable business outcomes.

In this high-visibility position, you will operate as a strategic partner to Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership. We are looking for an adaptable leader who thrives on innovation, embraces cross-functional collaboration to "Win Together," and consistently executes with the urgency and accountability required to drive long-term customer retention and new business acquisition.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

Define and execute a high-impact partner strategy by collaborating across Sales and leadership, using data-driven insights to align with Tealium’s growth objectives.
Identify, structure, and scale strategic partnerships, leveraging modern tools to unlock joint value and exceed revenue targets.
Develop joint go-to-market strategies that accelerate field-level activation and pipeline growth, ensuring clear accountability for measurable outcomes.
Serve as a partner evangelist by communicating transparently across teams, ensuring internal sales stakeholders understand and collaborate around shared value creation.
Create and manage scalable enablement plans that empower partners to differentiate Tealium’s platform and drive successful, privacy-first customer outcomes.
Proactively manage partner-generated pipeline with rigorous forecast accuracy, demonstrating self-reliance and responsiveness in achieving regional goals.
Work closely with Partner Marketing to build integrated campaigns and collateral, innovating continuously to accelerate awareness and revenue through the ecosystem.

WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM

8+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, channel sales, business development, or a related commercial role within enterprise SaaS; experience in MarTech, AdTech, customer data, or a related technology space strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success building and growing strategic partnerships that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
Experience developing and executing joint go-to-market strategies with technology partners, agencies, consultancies, system integrators, or other strategic partners.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify opportunities, build compelling joint value propositions, and translate partner relationships into business outcomes.
A data-driven approach to partner management, including experience establishing KPIs, measuring partner performance, forecasting pipeline, and using insights to prioritize resources.
A strategic mindset with the ability to leverage AI and modern, data-centric tools to solve complex problems and drive independent execution.
Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with a track record of "Winning Together" by building trust and aligning diverse perspectives across Sales, Legal, and Executive teams.
Exceptional communication skills, focused on "Communicating Transparently" to inspire stakeholders and foster an inclusive environment that values diverse backgrounds.
Resourcefulness and agility in fast-paced environments, with a focus on delivering "Trusted Outcomes" through disciplined planning and proactive, solution-oriented leadership.

WAGE TRANSPARENCY

In many U.S. states, employers are required to include a pay range for posted positions. Although this isn't a requirement in every state, communicating transparently is a cornerstone of our operations at Tealium, and we believe in making this information available to all applicants.

The U.S. pay range for this full-time position is listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is eligible for a robust benefits package that includes the following:

Employees are eligible to receive an annual bonus and stock options.
Employees and their families are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
Employees have the option to enroll in our 401k plan and are eligible to receive contributions for company matching.
Employees are eligible for flexible paid time-off and extended paid parental leave.
We offer 11 paid holidays annually
We offer 15 hours of paid work time for volunteer activities and programs.
Our sick leave accrual is the following for our employees:
- Exempt CA employees (not including San Francisco) including NY : accrue 40 hours each year. Unused sick leave carries over into the next year. Employees cannot exceed 80 hours in a given year.
- Exempt Non - CA employees (not including NY) including SF: Accrue 1 hour every 30 hours worked. Cannot exceed 180 hours in the calendar year.
- Non-Exempt: accrue 1 hour every 30 hours worked. Unused carries over to the next year. Not to exceed 108 hours in a calendar year.

Compensation Range- $160,000 - $175,000 base + Variable Compensation Opportunity
